    Open Position: We are seeking an experienced highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates. Join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the construction industry

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
    • Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop comprehensive project budgets
    • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
    • Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
    • Utilize HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
    • Prepare bid proposals and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
    • Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and implement cost control measures as needed
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ related field is preferred or Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
    • Proficiency in using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule: Mon- Fri. 8 hour shift

    Pay: Annual salary with Bonus opportunities

    Education:

    • Associate (Required)
    • Bachelor (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Construction Estimating: 5 years (Required)
    • Construction Estimating: 10 years (Preferred)
