Job summary
An Assistant Behavior Analyst blends the role of a mid-tier supervisor role with a direct therapy provider.This position requires Board Certification as a BCaBA from the BACB or QASP-S from QABA.
The Assistant Behavior Analyst provides one-to-one behavioral health interventions to children between the ages of 2-21 years old with autism or related disorders and supervises Behavior Techs, provides caregiver training to families, and assists with assessments while receiving supervision from a BCBA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field with at least 12 credits of ABA coursework at the graduate level
- Certification as a BCaBA through the BACB or QASP-S through QABA
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Pennsylvania within the IBHS-ABA field
