Cytotechnologist Needed in Kentucky

13-week contract to start (with the option to extend).

Position Summary: Performs microscopic examination of cytology specimens to provide an accurate diagnostic interpretation ensuring appropriate accessioning and charges. Maintains cytology records, statistics, and manuals in compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines to ensure appropriate documentation and case review.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. | 8-hour days

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor of Science degree with completion of accredited Cytotechnology program
• Near visual acuity and color discrimination required for microscopic examinations.
• 3-5 years previous experience required.
• ASCP Certified
• BLS Certified

Pay:

• $2,120.00-$2,260.00 Weekly based on 40 hours.
