Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and engine tune-ups.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts.
Diagnose, repair, and replace diesel engines
Diagnose, repair, and replace transmissions and drive line components.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in diesel technology preferred.
ASE Diesel Certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or technician.
Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license; CDL is advantageous.
