    At WalkMe, we are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager who can fuel the growth of our existing customer base.

    The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving to drive product adoption.

    As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be diving deep into data to understand how customers interact with our product, identifying patterns that can enhance retention across various customer segments.

    You'll gain an in-depth knowledge of WalkMe's product and its value proposition to customers, using this understanding to craft customer-centric user journeys and activation campaigns.

    Working in close collaboration with our customer success, product, and marketing teams, you will create and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

    What You'll OwnDrive product adoption and growth across WalkMe's customer baseUtilize deep analytical skills to understand customer usage behaviors and identify patterns that drive retention across different customer segmentsCollaborate closely with customer success, product, and marketing teams to design customer-first user journeys and activation programsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of WalkMe's product offerings and effectively communicate its value proposition to customersExecute successful marketing campaigns that promote user adoption and engagementWhat You Need to Succeed5-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS companies with a product-led-growth (PLG) motionProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user retention and expansionStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsCuriosity, creativity, and a passion for innovationLocated in the San Francisco Bay Area or Raleigh (other locations considered for exceptional candidates)

    Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $146,000.

    The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as:
    training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
