- 3-5 years of Recent Acute Care Leadership experience within the Unit REQUIRED.
- Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor in Nursing preferred. Bachelors in Nursing will be required within 3 years of employment.
- RN license eligible to practice in the State of Texas. CNOR Specialty Certification is preferred and is required after 6 months in a management position/maintained. Department Association Memberships Preferred.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
