Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a Director of Quality in Indianapolis, IN.In this position you will oversee the Quality Department functions, such as KPI development and benchmarking, data gathering, and quality assurance tasks.
You will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.Our Benefits:

Responsibilities
Leadership/Management (20%)
Mentor and coach staff through training, inspiration, motivation and encouragement.
Respond to calls from program staff.
Provide staff training as indicated and required.
Quality Oversight (50%)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Provide oversight for development of, monitoring of, and trending of program and agency demographics.
Coordinate effort to utilize technology to monitor pertinent clinical and contractual outcomes for programs.
Provide agency staff training as needed.
Perform other duties as negotiated with supervisor.
Provide quality oversight to agency intern programming.
Relationship Development (10%)
Develop relationships with program leadership and direct care staff to ensure program compliance with developed programmatic outcomes.
Develop relationships with local universities and students in order to oversee and grow student intern program.
Reporting (20%)
Compile, analyze and maintain data for agency and program outcomes.
Requirements
Master's degree in social work or related field is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license and insurance with no more than 6 points on driving record.
Travel between appointments to service clients within their community.
Knowledge regarding quality assurance principles, data management, and benchmarking/reporting tools.
Knowledgeable regarding social service systems within the state.
Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices.
Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.
Develop relevant networks of contacts.
