• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Worksite Location: Saint Paul, MN

What you'll do as a Financial Analyst:

• Perform financial analysis and accounting for IT Security function including maintenance of forecast, headcount, and investment schedules
• Perform monthly cost center reviews with CISO and team, developing next forecast and plan views
• Analyze and review the financial impacts of proposed contracts in the IT Security and Telecommunications area
• Perform financial analysis and accounting in support of network, data, and telecom activities; responsibilities include monthly billing journal entries, international invoicing, and related analytics
• Coordinate pre-paid expense balance sheet entries and monthly reconciliations using the Blackline reconciliation tool
• Administer daily ledger close activities related to IT Finance sub-ledger involving data loads from supporting SAP systems
• Identify invoices that need attention within OnBase or MyBuy for payment completion
• Support monthly and yearly close and forecast processes via reconciliation, reporting, and analysis using Oracle EPM, Power BI, and Excel
• Communicate monthly usage of Microsoft Azure, Wireless Devices, and Teleconferencing to business partners with the use of Power BI

What you'll bring to the Financial Analyst role:

• Associate degree
• 4-6+ years experience accounting background
• Understanding of general ledger accounting, including the creation of journal entries
• Working understanding of Excel including embedded functions and pivot tables
• Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities
• Attention to detail when working in accounting and financial models
