We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children and adolescents in a friendly and comfortable environment.

• 3 to 5 days a week. (If 3 days, it disqualifies you from employer sponsored health insurance)
• Established patient base, can accommodate whatever work load you're looking for.
• Little to no staff turnover.
• Daily Rate that does not expire.
• 35 - 40% of Collections.
• No Medicaid. 100% cash or Fee For Service.
• $5000 for CE Credits.
• 100% Malpractice reimbursement.
• Company Sponsored Health Insurance.
• 401k Match.

• Relocation paid within 30 days.
• Sign on bonus.
• Full support staff and provide mentorship if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental care to children and adolescents, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures as needed
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and dental care
• Work collaboratively with our team of dental professionals to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience
• Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in pediatric dentistry
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Not predominately Medicaid/ Medicare
• Can pay production or collections depending on the candidate's preference and experience

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
• Active New York state dental license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
