- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies in alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Create and maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including pricing, contracts, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and provide procurement support and guidance.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing procurement activities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff members on procurement processes and systems as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in procurement or purchasing roles, with a strong emphasis on building and implementing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
- This opportunity is a roll-your-sleeves-up kind of position, as you'll be the sole member of the purchasing team initially.

Key Responsibilities:
