    Job Summary:
    As an Inside Sales and Business Development Specialist for Prolift, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing the prospecting, sales, and logistics marketing plan. You will be responsible for warm-calling potential customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our services within the target markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound calling and business development.

    Required Qualifications:

    · We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inside Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team.

    · Experience selling to industrial customers in manufacturing along with the ability to prospect and serve various industries.

    · A basic understanding of warehousing and transportation is a plus.

    · Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development

    · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    · Uphold a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding both individual and team goals in a dynamic setting.

    · Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions, maintaining flexibility to realign focus as required.

    Responsibilities:

    · Assist in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

    · Collaborating and communicating with the outside sales teams to prepare the handoff of documents and essential information required to complete customer transactions.

    · Ensure accurate, detailed information to internal and external partners.

    · Working alongside internal departments and company personnel to follow standardized operating procedures.

    · Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.

    · Uses judgment to determine the most efficient order of activities to achieve established objectives and assigned deadlines.

    · Understand the marketing and sales process from prospecting to closing.

    · Participating in the company's Buyer Facilitator sales training program.

    · Documenting, tracking, and scheduling activities of interactions with customers and prospects in the CRM platform.

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing.

    1-2 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.

    Compensation:
    $55,000-$65,000 with bonuses based on performance.
