A Critical Role in Patient Care Coordination

About the Position:

This role requires a dedicated and results-driven individual to work closely with medical professionals, advocating for patients with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Promote successful patient outcomes through proactive solutions development.
• Work in tandem with various departments to submit orders, monitor progress, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Analyze billing and setup paperwork for patient services.
• Engage with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to recommend products or services.
• Participate in training new customer service and sales personnel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven work experience required.
• Ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements.
• Multitasking capabilities.
• Computer literacy and basic technological proficiency.
• Positive and professional personal image.
