- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Promote successful patient outcomes through proactive solutions development.
- Work in tandem with various departments to submit orders, monitor progress, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Analyze billing and setup paperwork for patient services.
- Engage with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to recommend products or services.
- Participate in training new customer service and sales personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven work experience required.
- Ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements.
