Job Opportunity: Long-Term Care Pharmacist

Location: Elizabethtown, KY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

Provide pharmaceutical care and consultation to patients in a long-term care setting.
Review and interpret physician orders and dispense medications accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and pharmacy policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Active and clear Kentucky pharmacist license.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in a pharmacy setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
