Job summary
The Executive Director of the SRS Raise the Roof Foundation provides leadership, direction, and coordination for all Foundation events, fundraising efforts and employee/associate engagement activities.The main responsibilities of this role are to set Foundation strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors to develop fundraising goals, coordinate event plans, create and sustain nonprofit partnerships, facilitate employee/associate volunteerism opportunities,
develop content for Foundation media and digital communications, and report progress and outcomes to the Foundation board and SRS leadership.
- Participate in all aspects of the gift cycle,
- Evaluate donors' contributions regularly.
