    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Nights

    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a vital role in providing medical services to patients at Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC.

    This position is part-time, working Sundays and Mondays from 6pm-6am PST.

    The estimated salary for this role is $32-40/hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide and oversee medical services to a caseload of patients
    • Develop and implement treatment plans with the multi-disciplinary team
    • Communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues
    • Administer medications to patients and engage in education process
    • Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain personal safety and patient well-being
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

    Requirements:

    • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where services are rendered
    • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with one year inpatient/residential experience preferred
    • Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU)
