The Business Process Analyst supports all levels of management in their continuing effort to improve processes, procedures, and systems by designing, developing, and deploying innovative processes
Position is hybrid out of our Addison, TX office*

Responsibilities
Document project business opportunities, problem statements, scope, requirements, milestones, and team responsibilities.
Assist company management in developing and installing control systems to ensure improvement results are sustained.
Analyze and formulate recommendations based on research of complex business processes.
Assist in special projects or ongoing assignments at the direction of Sr. Management.
Assists with development of presentations and reports.

Requirements

Lean Six Sigma Green belt, Yellow belt or comparable quality designation preferred (or must be capable of obtaining Lean Six Sigma designation).

Business Analyst Experience
Project Management Experience
Industry designations (e.g. FLMI, CLU, CPCU) preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
