    Paralegal

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently communicate with the legal team, management, and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
    • Prepare various legal documents, such as affidavits, pleadings, appeals, and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
    • Support client meetings and trial preparations, organizing exhibits and conducting necessary research.
    • Conduct thorough investigations of case facts and relevant laws, including public records searches.
    • Coordinate and oversee workflows within the in-house legal office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
    • Collaborate with external counsel as needed to facilitate effective communication on legal matters.

    Requirements for success:

    • 2+ years of legal experience in corporate or law firm environments.
    • Certificate or degree in paralegal studies to showcase dedication to the field.
    • Strong research abilities and meticulous attention to detail for accurate legal documentation.
    • Capability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills for successful teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders.
