    Summary:
    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and proven team player. You will be a lead engineer responsible for developing new software products and improving existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

    This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Dallas location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.


    Responsibilities:
    Actively code project tasks and adhere to coding best practices alongside other Software Engineers.

    Work with Finance Operations, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other multi-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.

    Identifies and handles technical risks and issues.
    Reports on project statuses to senior team members.
    Hands-on development with a willingness to lead development activities.
    Be a phenomenal teammate, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across organizations and geographic locations.
    Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to support production issues and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
    Analyze and resolve sophisticated issues regarding application functionality and data integrity issues.
    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.


    Qualifications:

    0-3 years in Software Development and Delivery.
    Skilled in leading complex application development projects as a guiding expert.
    Experience conducting team-based project presentations and walkthroughs.
    Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork
    Highly Skilled at Acquiring New Skills and

    Knowledge Efficiently:
    Technical

    Qualifications:
    Expert in Java
    Must have sufficient knowledge in Rest API, JUnit, data structures & data modelling
    Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, RDBMS & Cloud
    DAR (Distributed application runtime) (preferred)

    The base salary range for this position is budgeted between $74,880 - $91,728 with eligibility for an annual bonus.

    The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.

    Onbe's employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago.

    Some periodic travel will be required.
