    Job Description:
    Evaluates, designs, tests, implements, upgrades, supports and maintains assigned applications.

    Analyzes and documents user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.


    Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.

    Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards

    Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Coordinate and link the application within an organization to increase compatibility for information sharing.

    Review and analyze the system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors.

    Escalate problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.

    Coordinate projects, schedule and facilitate meetings as necessary to complete assignments.


    Required:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, technology or related field is required


    Preferred:
    Associate or Bachelors degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Business Administration or Health Administration

    EPIC Professional Billing Resolute Certification

    Epic Claims Certification

    Five (5) years of experience in Information Management systems, systems analysis, project management and management of operations and complex projects
