    Our Prepaid Program Management Team is part of the Prepaid Solutions Group and includes 50+ team members who work in multiple locations and are well trained with a desire to provide both superior products & customer service.     About the role


    As a Financial Operations Analyst, you'll develop, organize, and manage financial reporting & processes for Prepaid Program Management. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams within Prepaid to provide reporting and analysis on the financial health of our clients and operations. You'll also seek out opportunities for process improvement and your focus will always be on top and bottom lines results.


    What you will be doing


    • Performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance.


    • Execute regular reconciliation of bank accounts ensuring sound financial accuracy.


    • Client billing and invoicing.


    • Complete regular analysis of business-related activities included but not limited to issuance, revenue, interchange.


    • Engages in research projects ad hoc regarding business financial activities including contracts, billings, forecasts.


    • Seeks out opportunities for optimization and efficiency in both processes and divisional related activities.


    • Prepares reporting on divisional financial health and makes recommendations where appropriate based on analysis and research.

    What you bring


    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


    • 3+ years of related experience preferred.


    • Good understanding of general financial principles and operational procedures.


    • Knowledge of Prepaid financial models and intricacies.


    • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.


    • Keen ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.


    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.


    • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met.


    • Ability to create spreadsheets and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Oracle, and other software systems.


    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $67, $109,800.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
