    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Prestige Way Senior Care Facility in Holt MI. At Prestige Way we are on a mission to create an exceptional living experience for our cherished residents, and we need enthusiastic caregivers to make it happen. As a caregiver, you have the unique chance to provide both physical and emotional support, while forming genuine connections with our residents. You will find fulfillment in knowing that every day, you are positively impacting the lives of our residents.

    Currently we have 2nd shift available, 3-11pm

    Exciting responsibilities await you:

    • Assisting with care needs, specifically but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting
    • Engage the residents, encouraging involvement within the community
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping
    • Assess for change in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor
    • Complete all required documents and charting
    • Communicate in a professional manner with families, support services and coworkers
    • Assist other team members with their duties
    • Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Requirements we ask of you:

    • Serious applicants only
    • Able to pass a criminal background check
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Experience working with the elderly, preferred
    • Must be 18 years old
    • Reliable transportation
    • Able to lift 50 pounds
    • Every other weekend is required
    • A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
