The Home Health LPN at Lakeview Village will provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting, with an emphasis on the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures.
While this care is provided under the leadership of a RN case manager or the Director of Nursing, staff nurses are some of the residents' closest advocates.
