Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist!

Work on retaining current customers, onboarding new customers, upselling freemium customers, and boosting customer satisfaction
Mainly focus on inside customer outreach with occasional travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and industry events

Key Qualifications:

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Strong presentation skills online and in-person
Positive attitude and top-notch relationship-building skills
Organized with attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems and web-based tools
Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS sales or account management

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customer relationships
Convert freemium customers to paid
Ensure maximum software utilization by customers
Onboard new customers and provide training
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve issues
Attend trade shows, industry events, and conduct public speaking events
Maintain product knowledge and assist with various tasks as needed
