- Work on retaining current customers, onboarding new customers, upselling freemium customers, and boosting customer satisfaction
- Mainly focus on inside customer outreach with occasional travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and industry events
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills online and in-person
- Positive attitude and top-notch relationship-building skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and web-based tools
- Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS sales or account management
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Convert freemium customers to paid
- Ensure maximum software utilization by customers
- Onboard new customers and provide training
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve issues
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and conduct public speaking events
- Maintain product knowledge and assist with various tasks as needed
