    About Us:
    Orange Lutheran High School is currently seeking an Employee Services Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

    Description:

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As an Employee Services Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of various benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans. Utilizing your HR expertise, you will ensure compliance with ACA and OSHA regulations while providing top-notch customer service to employees on benefits, leaves of absence, and retirement planning. Join us in supporting our organizational policies and procedures while fostering a positive team environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
    • Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, and more
    • Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators
    • Analyze and recommend new benefits programs
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment
    • Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions
    • Resolve employee concerns and liaise with insurance carriers
    • Monitor ACA compliance and prepare necessary documentation
    • Assist with leaves of absence and disability claims
    • Conduct performance review setup and follow-up
    • Attend meetings and conferences as required
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration
    • Knowledge of ACA compliance
