The Emergency Services Director will join a Level 2 Trauma Center and lead their busy Emergency Department. This 350+ bed hospital is well-established and key health resource in its community.

This medical center is apart of a well respected health system in California which has been recognized for the commitment to high quality patient care.

The Emergency Services Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will help lead an amazing team of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses.

Supported directly by several Charge Nurses and a Clinical Educator, the Nurse Director will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department.

The Emergency Services Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Nurse Director will provide expert guidance to all faculty in regards to Emergency Services and Emergency Preparedness.

The Emergency Nurse Director will be responsible for effectively collaborating with other department Directors and Nurse Managers as they create an environment that puts high quality patient care at the forefront of their mission.

The Nurse Director will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation.
