    The Insulfoam Internship program is designed to prepare entry level college graduates for a Sales career in Building Material Sales within Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT). In this role, you will be exposed to various departments within the organization learning processes, products, and the Carlisle Experience. During the program you will develop selling skills, overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with professionals within the business including Sr leadership.

    During the program you will work directly under the supervision of a Regional Sales Manager and be paired with a Buddy/Mentor. Successful completion of the program will result in the potential fulltime placement into a Sales position within CWT.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build, grow and maintain positive working relationships with employees, leaders and customers.
    • Learn CWT's products through classroom & application training and apply knowledge through hands on projects.
    • Learn and apply selling techniques and CWT's selling processes.
    • Partner with customer service and pricing to understand customer service and delivery policies and procedures.
    • Travel with Regional Sales Managers, PVC Specialists and Technical Sales Specialists on sales calls and customer events.
    • Research construction projects to review specifications and qualify as leads for follow-up and working closely with sales and design teams.
    • Learn marketing techniques by completing marketing/Sales projects.
    • Attend trade shows, customer events, and/or industry specific seminars.
    • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of CWT's product offerings and brands

    Eligibility, Education, and Experience:

    • December 2025 or May 2025 graduate with bachelor's degree in construction management, Industrial Distribution, Business/Marketing, or related fields.
