    Hybrid Remote - Training at San Dimas, CA

    Experienced

    Financial Professional

    As an Experienced Financial Professional with New York Life, you will help clients develop a long-term financial strategy to achieve their financial goals using an array of insurance and financial products and services, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds[1].

    New York Life's Professional Alliance Program, helps you strengthen existing relationships with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals by being able to share commissions (subject to contract details) on client referrals that lead to sales.

    The Advanced Planning Group assists with large and complex client case design and support, Eagle Strategies LLC, a registered investment adviser and New York Life company for qualifying agents to affiliate as Financial Advisors who are already Registered Representatives, and the Nautilus Group for qualifying agents who pay a monthly subscription fee, are three highly skilled divisions providing advanced and specialized markets support.

    • New York Life Insurance Company (NYLIC) is a mutual insurance company, which means it is not publicly traded and has no shareholders. References to ownership refer to NYLIC's policy owners who purchase its participating products. These policy owners share certain membership rights, such as voting in the board of directors elections and being eligible to share in annual dividends that are declared by the board. NYLIC is also the parent company of two other wholly owned life insurance subsidiaries. Policies issued by these subsidiaries are not participating and do not share in these rights.

    Compensation:
    $150,000 - $200,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    Marketing to potential clients and discover clients' financial needs.
    Build, improve, and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
    Offer clients professional guidance, and develop financial strategies to achieve their financial goals.
    Educate and inform clients about the company's products and services.


    Qualifications:

    Requirements and preferences:
    1-3 years of Sales or Financial Professional Experience Required.
    Life & Health Insurance License Required.
    Series 6 or 7 and 63 Preferred.
    Bachelor's degree Preferred.
    Bilingual with

    Chinese/Korean/Vietnamese/Japanese

    preferred.

    Skills (possessed or willingness to acquire):
    Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently.
    Good communicator and excellent listening skills, outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships.
    Positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results.
    Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
