- Analyze users requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develop technical documentation.
- Develop system Architecture and system design documentation.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment/preparation of system engineering management plans, system integration, and test plans.
- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
- A bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract providing broad expertise in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management. Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule and contract performance. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success
