    Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week. This is an in-office position with an ongoing travel requirement (approximately 8 to 9 days in the field per month).

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Interviewing clients - seeking to understand how corporate misconduct has impacted their lives.
    • Locate and interview witnesses.
    • Investigate clients work history and work sites to determine product and exposure and how they correlate to the work function.
    • Extensive research and memorandum writing.
    • Attend and perform document reviews to identify relevant and useful documents.
    • Assisting with trial responsibilities, including coordinating witness schedules and assisting with jury selection.
    • Extensive travel to clients and potential witnesses homes, including frequent multi-night and short notice travel.

    Successful candidates will be able to:

    • Put clients at ease and establish a trusting and comfortable relationship.
    • Ability to work under pressure due to time and content sensitive deadlines.
    • Strong computer and phone skills.
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to establish and foster working relationships with attorneys, investigators, paralegals, and legal assistants.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently.
    • Minimum of high-school diploma, some college or bachelors degree preferred.
    • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze information and problem solve.
    • Commitment to taking initiative with learning new information quickly, both in and out of training.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior work experience in construction, automotive, industrial, shipbuilding, electrical, or similar trade profession is a plus.
    • Experience with legal research and interview skills and techniques.
    • Prior experience traveling frequently for business.
