    Key Responsibilities


    Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and EKS, including compute instances, storage, networking, security, and other services as needed.

    Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment, using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS Code Pipeline.

    Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
    Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters using EKS, including node deployment, networking, and security.
    Develop and implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
    Collaborate with software development teams to ensure application deployment and configuration are fully automated and scalable.
    Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high availability and reliability of applications.
    Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for infrastructure and deployment processes.

    Continuously improve infrastructure and deployment processes, using feedback from stakeholders and monitoring data to identify areas for optimization and automation.

    Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, AWS, and EKS, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a focus on AWS and EKS.
    Experience with infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
    Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS Code Pipeline.
    Experience with Kubernetes administration and management, particularly with EKS.
    Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
    Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
    Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Go.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
    AWS and/or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
