Responsibilities
- Develop rapport with clients, learning their needs, getting to know them personally
- Learn our service quoting process and get great at it Answer incoming phone calls & emails from existing and potential clients providing one call resolution to client service requests schedule changes special situation handling Assist in customer relationship management by resolving customer issues and identifying pricing opportunities Perform general office duties accurately input data leverage technology efficiently Interact with cleaning teams to facilitate positive team environment and cleaning service delivery.
