    Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required.

    Soliant is currently looking for a talented and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about assisting individuals of all ages in enhancing their communication skills, we would love to hear from you

    Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will provide top-notch therapy services, conduct assessments, and create personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client. You will collaborate with a supportive team to ensure holistic care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Create and execute customized treatment plans.
    • Deliver therapy to enhance articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
    • Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
    • Maintain thorough and precise records of client progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
    • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience with a variety of populations is advantageous.
