Location:

Hybrid, with three days minimum out of our brand new, state of the art headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

The Role:

Little Sleepies is looking for a skilled Retoucher to enhance, color-correct, and finalize a wide range of imagery that brings our products and brand story to life. This role supports high-volume weekly product launches and works closely with our creative, studio, and merchandising teams to ensure images are accurate, elevated, and consistent across all channels.

What you'll do: 

  • Retouch and color-correct a variety of image assets, including e-commerce, flatlays, lifestyle, and editorial photography from multiple photographers
  • Complete a high volume of imagery, typically editing 25+ images per day
  • Color-correct garments based on physical samples, using a controlled lighting environment for accurate reference
  • QC all images to ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and clarity across platforms and channels
  • Receive, review, log, rename and process RAW Capture One sessions from Photographers
  • Administer file organization in Review Studio, our image selection and Review/Approval tool
  • Digital asset and file management, organization, tracking and processing of photoshoot sessions as assigned for each project
  • Create and administer file/metadata reports and upload to DAM on regular cadence to map metadata to assets.
  • Data organization and setup for shotlist, and post-shoot file tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across all imagery
  • Develop a strong understanding of Little Sleepies' product assortment and visual identity
  • Work closely with teams in a professional studio environment to support a cohesive photo production process and support general studio organization and maintenance.

What you'll bring to the team:

  •  3–5 years of experience as a photo retoucher in an e-commerce, studio, or fast-paced production environment
  • A strong portfolio showing clean retouching, accurate color, and consistency across product and lifestyle imagery
  • Solid expertise in CaptureOne, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Airtable and Review Studio experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of color correction, skin tones, and product accuracy across different lighting setups and photographers
  • Ability to manage a steady, high-volume workflow while maintaining quality
  • Strong organization and file-handling skills, with experience following established naming, folder, and asset management systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to identify small inconsistencies in lighting, color, and texture
  • Experience collaborating with photographers, art directors, and cross-functional partners
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an interest in improving processes or tools
  •  Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, tight timelines, and weekly launch cycles
  • Curiosity about Little Sleepies' products and a commitment to upholding our visual identity through polished, consistent imagery
