    The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a crucial position within the Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency. You will be responsible for managing the vital relationship between our customer and their insurance carrier while working in a friendly, dynamic, customer-focused environment that requires insight, expertise, and personal investment.     Responsibilities
    • Accounting: Billing Inquiries, invoicing, premium breakdowns, etc.
    • Renewals: review file, renewal letters to clients, market account if needed, renewal summaries for producers as requested
    • Assist clients with questions and concerns
    • Issue certificates/binders
    • Issue bonds
    • Generate new business from coverage additions on renewal business and current business referrals.
    • Communicate with clients via email, telephone, fax, mail
    • Work with producers and underwriters on client coverages and pricing
    • Procure endorsements per client request through email or company systems as specified
    • Participate in monthly department meetings
    • Administrative projects and spreadsheets as assigned

    Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience working with an independent agency
    • Active Property and Casualty License in MS or the ability to be licensed quickly
    • Data Entry and online quoting experience
    • Experience using an agency management system. Experience with Vertafores AMS 360 is preferred but not required
    • Basic Windows environment skills
    • Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance terminology, coverages, policies, and procedures
    • 1 3 years experience in a similar position
    • HS diploma or GED at minimum
