Job summary
We are looking for someone to perform multiple daily support functions including report reviews and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have skills in the job duties processes and regulatory requirements of the CSR role.Responsibilities
- Provide essential phone and email support for branch CSRs and Retail Coordinators on day-to-day tasks (i.e. new account opening general branch New Account questions escalating requests as needed).
- Provide support and assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed; including but not limited to accurately executing various reports drafting procedures assisting with training materials or presentations and other special projects.
