Laporte Health CenterFranciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an office setting background to join our group at Franciscan Physician Network LaPorte Health Center located in LaPorte, Indiana which is within 60 minutes of Chicago and minutes from Lake Michigan beaches.
The ideal candidate will enjoy providing comprehensive care for patients and families in our community.Ideal candidate will have experience in a Family Medicine office setting. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
