Job Title: Business Transformation Associate

Summary: As a Business Transformation Associate, you will support the Field organization in end-to-end processes of project intake, discovery, and prioritization through to project completion. You will work with business partners, end-users, and management teams to change and improve processes, document business requirements, and guide features that deliver simplicity and scale to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Bring a design-centered approach to partnerships with sales teams, optimizing customer requested changes through enhancement prioritization.
Lead team members to clarity on business requirements, sequence enhancements based on business needs, evaluate technical solutions against tech stack capabilities, and document processes.
Proactively identify business process limitations and suggest enhancements.
Create enablement plans, assist with end-user testing and troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT resources to implement effective solutions.
Lead change and adapt to changing business priorities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working with Salesforce in the Sales Cloud environment.
Experience in integrations with Salesforce, including sales forecasting applications, sales productivity tools, and data quality.
Bonus: Experience in developing business processes and requirements for integrating Sales Cloud with boundary systems.

Functional Skills:

Strong social skills.
Understanding of Territory Management, Data Enrichment, Lead Process, Opportunity Management, Sales Productivity, Forecasting, and Sales Compensation.
Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Desire to learn and apply new technologies.
