    **Location:** Greenville, NC Atlantic Wireless, a top agent of UScellular , is looking for dynamic and motivated Store Managers to lead one or more of our retail store loca tions. Successful Managers are servant leaders driven to excel by coaching their associates to serve new and existing customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Managers direct the daily activities of store associates to increase customer satisfaction, grow revenue, drive standards of excellence, and drive the mission, vision, and values of the organizations. Atlantic Wireless is the world-class owner and operator of 14 UScellular retail stores in Missouri and North Carolina. Our retail stores are operated with the highest standard of excellence where we treat our customers like family. The purpose of the Atlantic Wireless Store Experience is to inform, illuminate and inspire. We go beyond the call. We are trusted advisors who have intimate knowledge of our customers needs and business. Our customers think of us first for any solution and become advocates for Atlantic Wireless.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities C onsistently meet or exceed organizational performance targets for assigned store location(s) in areas of customer prospecting and sales, as set by Atlantic Wireless and UScellular. Sales and prospecting goals are subject to change, as business necessitates. * Lead by, and be an example of a Servant Leader and model the behaviors and principles of the companys values.

    Foster a positive work culture that motivates and inspires associates to exceed expectations and goals, while positively impacting Associate Satisfaction.

    Provide leadership and teamwork designed to deliver an ideal experience to every customer within the framework of established company policies and guidelines.

    Provide answers directly to customers concerning billing processes, roaming, equipment, service plan upgrades, and other customer service related issues or inquiries.

    Actively encourage, support, and facilitate the growth and development of associates in assigned retail store(s).

    Establish open and honest communication and a positive work environment through all interactions with a diverse team of leaders, administration employees, and Retail Wireless Consultants across all market areas.

    Responsible for all store operations including opening, closing, compliance, cash, and inventory.

    Review and monitor Retail Wireless Consultant time worked, and ensure adherence to company policy and federal wage and hour laws.

    Understand and interpret performance-related reports, and utilize this data to educate associates to drive store performance.

    Coordinate sales, promotions, and marketing events to create visibility and create customer traffic into the store.

    Participate in community events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community.

    Responsible for store staffing responsibilities and completing the hiring process through the company applicant tracking system including grass-roots employment marketing and prospecting, resume and application reviews, conducting interviews, and making selections.

    Serve as first-line trainer for new associates, ensuring all aspects of the new hire training program are completed with a high-quality experience and within 120 training hours.

    Responsible for creating a positive associate onboarding experience and successful assimilation into the organization.

    Ensure professional associate engagement in cross-market communication platforms.

    Complete all UScellular and Atlantic Wireless training programs and compliance requirements.

    Embrace and participate in all UScellular and Atlantic Wireless trainings, meetings, communication platforms, and other initiatives.

    Understand and comply with all UScellular and Atlantic Wireless policies and procedures.

    Position may require travel to assist in another store location, participate in meetings, or attend company events.

    Must demonstrate a high-level of trust, dependability, accountability, and reliability.

    Maintain an enthusiastic, positive, professional, and collaborative approach to the leadership position and duties.

    Possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills required to develop and maintain customer and coworker relationships.

    Must be able to communicate over the phone and in-person with customers and company personnel.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is essential.

    Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    Must be able to bend or stoop to obtain and restock merchandise.

    Must be able to operate computers proficiently and use multiple applications simultaneously to process transactions and sales. Proficiency with spreadsheets and email is important.

    Requirements * Experience in the cellular or retail industry experience preferred, with previous sales and prospecting experience in a customer service-oriented environment desired.

    3-5 years of sales experience preferred.

    1-2 years previous supervisory/retail management experience preferred.

    High school diploma or state equivalency required, Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    To be an effective leader, Store Managers are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week across 5 days per workweek.

    Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable form of transportation, and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

    Candidates for hire are subject to a credit and criminal background check.

    $32,011.20 base starting salary, with a minimum annual compensation of $35,568 after commissions

    Monthly commissions based upon store performance

    Eligible to win bon uses and award incentives based upon personal and store sales performance
