    Prolink is partnered with a well established company in Covington, KY in the food manufacturing industry that is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.     PAY:

    • $24-31/HR ($0.50 Shift Differential for 2nds and 3rds)
    • Average 10-15 hours/week OT

    SHIFT OPTIONS:

    • 1ST Shift: 5:00a - 3:30p
    • 2ND Shift: 3:00p – 1:30a

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • Manufacturing
    • Mid-sized facility.
    • Great Company culture.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 2 or more years of experience:

    • Proficiency with 480V troubleshooting
    • Maintenance – Equipment and Machine.
    • Working with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Motor repairs, Belts, Conveyor systems, gear boxes, sensors, and VFDs.
    • PLC Troubleshooting (Robotics experience is a plus).
    • Strong Electrical skills – plus Troubleshooting and wiring.
    • Schematics and Blueprints.
    • Industrial Maintenance background.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Education: High school or Equivalent.
    • Be willing to complete drug and background checks.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance, to machines and equipment.
    • Perform facility maintenance and perform housekeeping procedures.
    • Repair machinery and equipment such as: pumps, rolling stock, electrical components, conveyor systems, VFDs, Sensors, tanks, vessels, pipe welding, heat exchangers, etc.
    • Follow all CMP and PPE procedures
    • Follow all OHSA and company safety rules.
    • Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
