    We are seeking a self-directed and experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to oversee all day-to-day revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, project accounting, pricing, billing, and other FP&A activities. This is a hands-on position reporting to the Controller. This high-profile opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-moving, growing workplace, has strong leadership skills, is proficient in financial analysis, pricing, reporting and project accounting in a service organization, and is experienced in working closely with senior management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and take responsibility for the revenue forecasting and recognition processes, including working across teams and systems to gather, roll-up, and analyze the most up to date sales and delivery information.
    • Oversee pricing for projects and work to increase gross profit results through analysis and communication with cross functional teams.
    • Monitor financial performance of clients and projects and call out risks and challenges before they become critical.
    • Ensure timely and accurate billing reporting to ensure efficient monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    • Prepare annual operating plans and periodic forecasts as needed.
    • Direct outsourced FP&A team and individual contributors
    • Drive forecasting and billing process improvements though the department and the company.
    • Assist with annual audits including Financial, Tax, and 401K.
    • Special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting is required.
    • MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
    • Experience managing an FP&A function in a service business. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Experience working with ERP systems required, prior experience with NetSuite highly preferred.
    • Prior Tableau experience is highly preferred.
    • Previous experience managing individual contributors preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Expert MS Excel skills
    • Advanced analytical and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Willingness to challenge the status quo and ask what if to improve processes and automate functions.
