    Job Description:

    As a key player, you will identify and engage with prospective clients responsible for online marketing and paid search spending decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and facilitate sales cycles

    Build and maintain contacts in Salesforce

    Bridge sales and marketing activities to enhance lead generation initiatives

    Assist internal marketing team with various content and collateral development for email copy and lead generation campaigns

    Utilize sales tracking, CRM, outreach, and automation tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft

    Identify, qualify, and research target clients and key executives

    Plan and execute targeted campaigns via calls, social media, and email

    Enhance messaging and strategies for reaching high-value targets

    Assist with introductory calls and articulate Adlucent's solutions

    Follow up on introductory calls and leads sourced from various campaigns to drive opportunities to next stage for respective Sales Director

    Maintain thorough meeting notes and update Salesforce accordingly

    Drive successful participation in conferences and events

    Refine qualification criteria for effective targeting

    Track outbound lead generation effectiveness and gather feedback

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client developments

    Continually stay abreast and maintain various relevant Google Ads certifications for marketing practitioners


    Requirements:
    1-3 years of inside sales, market development, or marketing experience in technology or services

    Proven success in prior sales/business development or marketing roles

    Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce

    Passion for maintaining professional relationships

    Excellent time management and organizational skills


    Nice-to-Haves:
    Experience in prospecting retail clients

    4-year degree

    Start-up or non-traditional work environment experience

    Familiarity with Salesforce

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Job Duty


    Conducts research and analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, and methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence futures sales.

    Analyzes data and recommends specific actions based on findings.

    Establishes research methodology and design format for data gathering, such as surveys, opinion polls, and/or questionnaires.

    Examines and analyzes statistical data to forecast future marketing trends. Gathers data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales and methods of marketing and distribution.

    Collects data on consumer preferences and buying habits.

    Prepares and presents reports and graphic illustrations of findings

    Education Level:
    (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    Field of Study/Area of Experience:
    Business or related field

    5+ years of experience in applicable field
