    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume QSR restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 35+ employees, driving $4 million in annual sales, and ensuring efficient drive-thru operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
    • Achieve sales targets and optimize profit through strategic planning and effective team management.
    • Oversee drive-thru operations, maintaining service times under 120 seconds for peak customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
    • Foster a positive, customer-focused environment and uphold hospitality standards across shifts.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering to control costs and reduce waste.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a GM in a high-volume QSR environment.
    • Proven track record in sales growth, staff leadership, and achieving operational metrics.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to change.

    Compensation:

    Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, healthcare, and benefits: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
