    Description
    Overview:

    The Transportation Driver is responsible for transporting guests during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village.

    Responsibilities:
    • Transport guests to and from their destination on campus.
    • Ability to drive a golf cart and/or tractor.
    • Assist guests on and off golf carts and/or tractor.
    • Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio professionally.
    • Aid guests with personal belongings such as luggage on and off golf carts and/or tractors.
    • Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment.
    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
    Preferred:
    • Previous transportation experience.
    • Experience driving golf carts and/or tractors.
    Physical Requirements:
    • May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
