    Deskside and Field Support Kyndryl Focal Point of Contact

    • Approximate 4 to 10 years Windows 10 Deskside /Client Networking/General Network Field Support in a corporate environment is required. Lead experience is a bonus but not required.
    • Resource must have very good communication skills and presentable professionally.
    • Resource must have very good documentation skills.
    • All resources must live in the general areal (15 mile radius of Providence, RI) and must be ok with field travel as needed to support client sites for escalations.\\
    • Healthcare environment experience is a bonus
    • Resource must be ok with being tested for up to date vaccinations/immunizations as required by the customer.
    • We desire someone with experience a focal POC or has small project lead experience. (Communicating plans/being a primary POC for issues and escalations)
    Primary Support Sites:

    Daily work commute to Greater Providence/Warrick RI sites is not reimbursed.
    Site to Site travel for support is reimbursed (mileage and expenses)

    10 Health Lane, Warwick, Rhode Island, 02886, United States
    Butler Hospital – 345 Blackstone Blvd.
    Kent Hospital – 455 Tollgate Road
    WIH – 101 Dudley Street
    TPC – 530 North Main Street
    Boston:

    1-2 possible remote sites in Boston- Only as needed for escalation tickets or if local resources cannot resolve issues.
