    Position Overview: As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
    You will play a key role in building rapport, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their needs and preferences.
    • Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
    • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
    • Negotiate sales terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
    • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
