- Ability to work a compressed schedule, 10-12 hour shifts, 3-4 day work week i.e. Friday - Monday, 10AM - 10PM.
- This hugely impactful role offers an hourly pay rate of $40-$55 ($83,000 - $114,400/annual) , depending on experience

- Training will be helping in the Seattle office. Mileage and travel time will be reimbursed after 20 miles of travel time.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with patients
- Offer specialized care and support for patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy assistance, particularly those with advanced ALS
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to patients' dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications safely and accurately according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Assist patients with transfers, mobility, and stand-by support using safe techniques
- Help patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Must have a valid RN license in the state of Washington
- 1-2 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare or a related setting
- Current BLS and CPR Certification
- Ability to work with clients that have pets. This position is on-site at the patient's home.
- Ability to reliably commute to job sites

- Covid vaccinated to work with patients who have autoimmune disease
