    Overview

    We are seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage both the patient side and business side of our outpatient physical therapy center in Pensacola. This role plays a critical part in creating an exceptional patient experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and register patients, provide information about their visit and next appointment, and collect co-pays as needed.

    • Schedule appointments and communicate with insurance companies, attorneys, and other parties as necessary.

    • Manage payer approvals, conduct insurance authorizations and verifications, and facilitate operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • One year of front desk experience preferred.

    Key Attributes

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
