Express Employment in Laguna Hills is looking for Retail Sales Associate candidates for a great company in Irvine for a long-term opportunity.

Salary: $18-21/Hr.

Schedule: 4:30am -9:30pm (F/T - Weekend - Opening & Closing)

Once the company brings you aboard, you'll be eligible for a full employee benefits package.

Duties:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers' needs; provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain assigned areas stocked and in presentable condition.
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• A positive attitude and a willingness to be at work on time each day of your schedule. (willingness to pick up additional shifts as needed)
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Must clear background check for Airport badge.
