Job summary
This position provides fast and friendly service to customers through the achievement of customer service standards. The Customer Service Leader is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards and ensuring excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, and be able to meet physical demands of the position.
