    A recognized legal services organization is currently seeking a versatile and hardworking professional to join their staff as a Support Staff Associate.

    Responsibilities:

    The Support Staff Associate will:

    • Log into Avaya Cloud Answer and direct all calls to the respective practices or provide contact for external agencies
    • Follow up on voicemails, ensuring clients are communicated with promptly
    • Produce logs and reports to improve the Switchboard System
    • Cover the main reception area as necessary in efforts to support and provide backup to the overall team
    • Perform other duties, as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of relevant work experience
    • Associate's Degree
    • Previous experience in a Switchboard and/or Reception role
    • Computer and Tech savvy
    • Microsoft Office proficient
    • Exceptional phone etiquette
    • Customer service oriented
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
    • Working knowledge of Avaya Cloud System
