- Log into Avaya Cloud Answer and direct all calls to the respective practices or provide contact for external agencies
- Follow up on voicemails, ensuring clients are communicated with promptly
- Produce logs and reports to improve the Switchboard System
- Cover the main reception area as necessary in efforts to support and provide backup to the overall team
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Associate's Degree
- Previous experience in a Switchboard and/or Reception role
- Computer and Tech savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Customer service oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Working knowledge of Avaya Cloud System
